Return and Exchange

We will not accept returns for following :

・Sale・Outlet items,pre-order Items,Custom made items.
・Item(s) delivered for 7 days or more.
※We will not accept Return or Exchange if the item(s)
delivered for 7 days or more EVEN it`s Faulty or damaged.
・If the Tags, Packaging, Stickers has been removed / Damaged.
・If the item has been used.

How to Return

If it fulfills all the Return requirements, you can follow these procedures:

Overseas Customers:
1)Login our website, Click "My Account" at Top Right Corner
,Then your account page will show up and click "Return" at the Right side menu.
2)Fill in all the info and summit to us, we will send you a Return Authorization by e-mail in 2 working days, after you confirmed our reply, you can send the item(s) back.
3)We will issue refund or send out exchange in 7 working days.

***Items returned without Return Authorization will be refused and disposed. ***

If you just return part of the order, the shipping cost will not be refunded.

・If the points or store credit earned by that order has been used, we will deduct the amount from the refund.
